The Role We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to lead internal communication strategies, employee engagement campaigns, and executive communications. The ideal candidate will oversee communication planning, content development, change communication, digital communication channels, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring employees remain informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement enterprise-wide internal communication strategies, communication calendars, and engagement plans aligned with organizational goals. Lead internal communication initiatives including executive messaging, organizational announcements, employee campaigns, change communications, leadership updates, newsletters, intranet content, town halls, and employee events. Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Executive Leadership, Marketing, Employee Experience, Information Technology, Learning & Development, Legal, Compliance, and Business Operations to deliver consistent and effective internal messaging. Create and manage high-quality communication content including articles, speeches, presentations, videos, emails, FAQs, infographics, and multimedia resources. Develop executive communication materials, leadership talking points, CEO messages, employee briefings, and strategic communication plans. Manage internal communication channels including intranet platforms, collaboration tools, enterprise social networks, digital signage, email campaigns, and mobile communication applications. Support organizational change initiatives through structured change communication plans, stakeholder engagement activities, and employee readiness programs. Coordinate employee engagement campaigns, recognition initiatives, culture-building activities, feedback programs, and internal branding efforts. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including employee engagement, message reach, communication effectiveness, intranet usage, email open rates, event participation, employee feedback, and organizational alignment. Conduct communication audits, employee surveys, focus groups, content performance analyses, benchmarking studies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with organizational communication standards, corporate branding guidelines, UAE labor regulations, data privacy requirements, and corporate governance policies. Manage internal communications budgets, external creative agencies, content providers, digital communication platforms, multimedia production vendors, and strategic communication initiatives. Drive digital transformation initiatives through artificial intelligence (AI)-powered content creation, employee listening platforms, communication analytics, collaboration technologies, workflow automation, enterprise social platforms, and business intelligence solutions. Utilize Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Share Point, Viva Engage (Yammer), Viva Connections, Staffbase, Poppulo, Slack, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Mailchimp, Power BI, Tableau, and content management systems (CMS) to optimize communication performance and generate actionable insights. Prepare executive dashboards, communication performance reports, employee engagement analyses, campaign effectiveness summaries, change communication updates, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership. Lead, mentor, and develop internal communications specialists, content creators, employee engagement professionals, communication coordinators, and cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree in Communications, Corporate Communications, Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Development, Marketing, or a related discipline is highly advantageous. Professional certifications in Internal Communications, Change Management (Prosci), Public Relations, Digital Communications, Project Management (PMP), or equivalent are preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, public relations, change communications, or related roles. At least 2 years of experience managing internal communication programs, executive communications, employee engagement initiatives, or corporate communication teams preferred. Strong understanding of communication strategy, employee engagement, change management, executive communications, content development, digital communication platforms, branding, storytelling, and organizational culture. Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Share Point, Viva Engage, Viva Connections, Staffbase, Poppulo, Slack, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Mailchimp, Power BI, Tableau, CMS platforms, and employee communication technologies. Familiarity with AI-powered content generation, communication analytics, employee listening platforms, collaboration technologies, digital workplace tools, workflow automation, and advanced reporting solutions is highly advantageous. Strong leadership, written and verbal communication, editing, storytelling, stakeholder management, organizational, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple communication initiatives while balancing business priorities, employee needs, executive expectations, budgets, timelines, and organizational objectives. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with distributed teams, executive leaders, business partners, external agencies, and global stakeholders.
