• Oversee all electrical installations, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, drawings, and national electrical codes.
• Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring to maintain project timelines.
• Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols on the electrical site, conducting regular safety inspections and toolbox talks to prevent accidents.
• Review and approve electrical submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs, collaborating with engineers and designers to resolve technical issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Hold a Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician license, demonstrating a strong foundation in electrical practices.

• Obtain relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health, or equivalent.

• Accumulate a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in electrical construction, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.

  ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
