• Validate trade deal tax invoices to ensure compliance with approved pricing studies and company policies.

• Review rebate and TMI discount claims against signed agreements to confirm accuracy and authorization.

• Conduct random verification of invoice signatures with shopkeepers or outlet owners to ensure transaction authenticity.

• Perform surprise van stock audits, including damaged and expired inventory, and reconcile physical stock with the Winit/Mobiato system.

• Verify cash receipts and cash sales invoices to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with financial procedures.

• Execute route audits and ensure adherence to established audit policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations teams to resolve audit issues and support continuous process improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Understanding of accounting principles, financial reconciliation, and audit procedures.

• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., Winit/Mobiato) is an advantage.
