• Oversee the safe and efficient erection of heavy industrial equipment, ensuring compliance with all project specifications and safety regulations.
• Develop and manage detailed construction schedules for equipment installation, coordinating with site logistics and vendor timelines.
• Lead and direct a diverse crew of tradespeople, riggers, and specialized technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Have a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in heavy industrial equipment erection.

• Hold relevant certifications such as OSHA 30, NCCER, or equivalent specialized rigging certifications.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of mechanical principles, structural integrity, and heavy lifting techniques.

  ✔ Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore

  ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred

  ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable

  ✔ Candidates must be immediate joiners

  ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
