Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Power Tools Repair Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric, battery-operated, and pneumatic power tools. The role also involves supporting warehouse operations, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and delivering excellent service to both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electric, battery-operated, and pneumatic power tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and functionality testing to ensure optimal tool performance.
• Maintain accurate service records, including repairs completed and spare parts used.
• Ensure all repaired tools comply with safety and quality standards.
• Assist with stacking, packing, and shifting tools and materials as required.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding repair status and expected completion timelines.
• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Provide general operational support and assist with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in repairing power tools or similar equipment.
• Good knowledge of electric, battery-operated, and pneumatic power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
