1. Roadside Assistance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend roadside assistance requests across assigned locations
• Diagnose common vehicle breakdowns and provide immediate solutions
• Perform battery jump-starts, battery replacements, tyre changes and minor repairs
• Assist with vehicle lockouts, fuel delivery and breakdown support
• Coordinate with the operations team and towing service when required
• Handle customers professionally and provide timely service updates

Requirements:

• Experience in roadside assistance or automotive repair
• Knowledge of batteries, tyres and basic electrical and mechanical faults
• Ability to work independently at customer locations
• Valid UAE driving license is strongly preferred

1. Tyre Technician / Tyre Fitter

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect tyres for punctures, damage and excessive wear
• Perform tyre removal, fitting, replacement and puncture repair
• Carry out tyre rotation and wheel balancing
• Check tyre pressure, valves, rims and related components
• Operate tyre-changing and wheel-balancing equipment safely
• Attend mobile and roadside tyre service jobs when required

Requirements:

• Experience as a Tyre Technician or Tyre Fitter
• Knowledge of different tyre sizes, types and pressure specifications
• Hands-on experience in puncture repair and wheel balancing
• UAE driving license will be an advantage

1. Vehicle Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct complete vehicle inspections using approved checklists
• Inspect the engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, tyres, electrical systems and vehicle body
• Identify visible faults, accident damage and maintenance requirements
• Conduct road tests when authorized
• Prepare accurate inspection reports with photographs and observations
• Explain inspection findings clearly to customers and service advisors

Requirements:

• Experience in vehicle inspection, automotive diagnostics or mechanical repair
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and common mechanical faults
• Ability to prepare accurate digital inspection reports
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred

1. Automotive Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and basic electrical faults
• Perform periodic vehicle servicing and preventive maintenance
• Repair or replace brakes, suspension, steering, cooling and engine components
• Use diagnostic equipment and workshop tools safely
• Conduct quality checks after completing repairs
• Coordinate with service advisors regarding repair requirements and spare parts

Requirements:

• Experience as an Automotive Mechanic in a garage, dealership or service center
• Strong knowledge of petrol vehicles and common automotive systems
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete mechanical repairs
• Technical qualification in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is preferred

1. Assistant Mechanic / Helper Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist mechanics with servicing, repairs and component replacement
• Help with oil changes, filter replacements, tyre removal and basic maintenance
• Arrange tools, spare parts and equipment for assigned jobs
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop
• Learn diagnostic and repair procedures under senior technicians

Requirements:

• Basic automotive knowledge or workshop experience
• Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of senior technicians
• Physically fit and able to handle workshop duties
• ITI, diploma or automotive training will be an advantage

General Requirements

• Previous experience in a garage, dealership, tyre shop, vehicle inspection center or roadside assistance company is preferred
• UAE automotive experience will be an advantage
• Basic English communication skills are required
• Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Tamil or Arabic will be an advantage
• Candidates must be willing to work flexible shifts and attend roadside jobs when required
• Immediate joiners and candidates already available in the UAE will be preferred

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a garage, dealership, tyre shop, vehicle inspection center or roadside assistance company is preferred

• UAE automotive experience will be an advantage

• Basic English communication skills are required
