• Lead and supervise a team of instrumentation technicians, ensuring efficient execution of maintenance and calibration tasks.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all instrumentation systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational reliability.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of new instrumentation equipment and systems, adhering to project timelines and specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex instrumentation issues, diagnosing faults and implementing effective repair solutions to restore functionality.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.

• Hold relevant certifications in instrumentation technology or specific vendor equipment.

• Demonstrate a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in industrial instrumentation, preferably in petrochemical, oil & gas, or chemical sectors.

• Have a strong understanding of various instrumentation principles, including measurement, control, and safety systems.

  ✔ Experience in construction (not design), Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore

  ✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred

  ✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable

  ❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
