• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.

• Allocate manpower, machines, and materials efficiently.

• Monitor production output and ensure targets are achieved.

• Monitor machine performance and process parameters.

• Supervise, train, and motivate production operators and technicians

• Reduce scrap, rejects, and production waste.

• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities.

• Report machine faults and follow up on repairs.

• Record downtime, machine efficiency, rejects, and production output.

• Maintain shift logs and production records.

• Report production performance to management.

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, or Kaizen initiatives.

• Recommend process improvements to reduce costs and improve quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Polymer Engineering

• 3–7 years of experience in plastics manufacturing

• Experience with injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, thermoforming, or related plastic processing operations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
