At EFS Facilities Services, we are looking for a Senior Fire & Life Safety Coordinator to support the coordination, monitoring, reporting, and compliance of Fire & Life Safety systems across UAE facilities. This role is suitable for a technically strong coordinator or senior technician who can manage follow-ups, documentation, client coordination, and site-level compliance tracking.
Role Overview
The Senior Fire & Life Safety Coordinator will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor testing and inspection activities, follow up on deficiencies, support statutory compliance, and act as a key coordination point between clients, authorities, service teams, and subcontractors.

What We’re Looking For
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Fire & Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
5–8 years of experience in Fire & Life Safety maintenance and operations.
2–3 years in a coordinator, supervisor, or senior technician role.
Experience within Facilities Management, Property Management, Healthcare, Hospitality, Commercial, Residential, or Industrial environments.
Strong coordination, documentation, CAFM, MS Office, client communication, and planning skills.

ما الذي نبحث عنه
دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس في هندسة السلامة من الحريق والسلامة أو الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو الهندسة الإلكترونية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
من 5 إلى 8 سنوات من الخبرة في صيانة وتشغيل الحماية من الحريق والسلامة على الحياة.
2–3 سنوات في دور منسق أو مشرف أو فني أول.
خبرة في إدارة المرافق، إدارة الأملاك، الرعاية الصحية، الضيافة، البيئة التجارية، السكنية، أو الصناعية.
مهارات تنسيق قوية وتوثيق وإدارة CAFM وMS Office وتواصل مع العملاء والتخطيط.
