-Manage and oversee daily laboratory operations and testing activities.
-Conduct and supervise testing of construction materials (concrete, soil, aggregates, asphalt, etc.).
-Ensure compliance with project specifications, testing standards, and QA/QC requirements.
-Maintain calibration, maintenance, and proper functioning of laboratory equipment.
-Prepare test reports and coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients.
-Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field.
-Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in construction materials testing and laboratory management.
-Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and relevant testing standards.
-ISO certification is preferred.
-Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
