Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Luxury Leather Goods Repair & Restoration Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with premium leather products and possess excellent craftsmanship in repairing and restoring luxury items.
Key Responsibilities:Repair luxury handbags, wallets, belts, shoes, and leather accessories. Perform leather restoration, recoloring, refinishing, and edge painting. Replace zippers, handles, linings, piping, and hardware. Stitch and reconstruct damaged leather using industrial sewing machines and hand-stitching techniques. Clean and condition luxury leather using professional restoration products. Match leather colors accurately and achieve factory-quality finishes. Conduct quality inspections before delivery. Maintain a clean and organized workshop while following company quality standards.
Requirements :Minimum 3 years of experience in leather goods repair, shoe repair, handbag restoration, or luxury leather craftsmanship. Strong knowledge of leather types, restoration techniques, and finishing. Experience using leather repair tools, industrial sewing machines, and restoration equipment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with luxury brands such as Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, Gucci, Prada, Goyard, Bottega Veneta, and Celine is highly preferred.
