Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in accordance with company procedures.
Prepare accurate incident and daily activity reports.
Monitor CCTV systems and report any unusual observations.
Enforce site security policies and maintain a safe working environment.
Provide professional assistance and directions to visitors and employees when required.
Coordinate with supervisors and emergency services during incidents.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to SIRA regulations and company standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Valid SIRA Security Guard Certificate (Mandatory)
Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response
CCTV monitoring (preferred)
Strong observation and vigilance
Good communication skills in English
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Physically fit and able to stand and patrol for extended periods
Professional attitude and customer service skills
