Attend and resolve issues related to air conditioning systems, Chilled Water FCU/ AHU and Ducted Split Units.
Identify and fix problems such as poor cooling, uneven temperatures, airflow issues, thermostat faults, water leakage, and blocked drain lines.
Electrical
Rectify electrical issues such as power failures, tripping breakers, short circuits, and earth leakage faults.
Replace and repair MCBs, ELCBs/RCCBs, switches, sockets, light fittings, and other electrical accessories.
Plumbing
Repair and replace everyday plumbing fixtures such as WC flush tanks, shattafs, taps, mixers, valves, and related fittings.
Attend to minor water leaks, drainage issues, and plumbing maintenance requirements.
Maintenance
Carry out minor carpentry works including door adjustments, lock repairs, furniture repairs, and installation of shelves and accessories.
Perform painting, touch-up, and basic wall repair works.
Assist with office moves, workstation setups, furniture installation, and small fit-out works.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical
6-12 years experience
