Erada Center for Treatment and Rehab in Dubai was established based on the vision of H.H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum and by the initiative of H.H Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Al Maktoum. It aims to treat the disease of substance use disorders and alcohol addiction which negatively impact the wellbeing of individuals, families and society. Erada Center is a governmental entity committed to offer treatment and rehab services; promote awareness about addiction and to contribute in the scientific research in the field of addiction.



Job Title:Head of Quality and Strategy Office


General Job Description:Ensure the achievement and sustainability of the Center’s strategy and institutional excellence and ensure the implementation of standards approved by regulatory authorities and their application across the Center.


Specialized Duties:


·Supervise the preparation and development of policies, procedures, and technical regulations related to the strategy, in addition to clinical policies within the scope of healthcare service delivery and implement the quality and institutional excellence system at the Center in accordance with the unified model, framework, and methodology for policy development.


·Ensure the preparation and readiness of the Center to meet the requirements, standards, and conditions of excellence awards and various international accreditations at the local, regional, and international levels, in accordance with the approved central plan at the Center.


·Provide technical support to the organizational units at the Center in implementing the Dubai Government Excellence Program standards and the approved Quality Management System, each according to its specialization, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to incorporate their needs and expectations into the Center’s quality and institutional excellence system.


·Supervise and develop administrative and clinical incident management programs at the Center.


·Ensure the regular education and awareness of all staff regarding new quality, safety, and performance improvement standards.


·Ensure the integration of information security, data protection, and privacy requirements into administrative and clinical policies, procedures, systems, and the Center’s quality, excellence, and strategy programs.


·Supervise the protection of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, reports, strategic indicators, audit results, incident records, and quality records, ensuring they are handled in accordance with approved policies and legislation.


·Ensure that information security and privacy risks are considered within enterprise risk management, quality, patient safety, projects, strategic initiatives, and institutional improvement plans.


·Ensure the inclusion of information security and data protection requirements within the requirements of international accreditations, excellence programs, internal audits, and related self-assessments.


·Supervise the preservation, archiving, and protection of strategic and clinical documents, records, reports, quality records, and audit records in accordance with approved policies and procedures.


Educational Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or medicine, in addition to a master’s degree in clinical quality.
  • CPHQ certification is preferred.

Experience:


  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
