Experienced Property Consultant – Dubai Real Estate (2+ Years Required)

About the Role

ALV Global Properties is expanding, and we're looking for experienced Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.

Please apply only if you have a minimum of 2 years of Dubai real estate experience in Off-Plan, Secondary Sales, or Leasing. Applications that do not meet this requirement will not be shortlisted.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales through qualified leads and networking.
• Sell and lease residential and commercial properties.
• Handle Off-Plan, Secondary Market, and Leasing transactions.
• Conduct professional property viewings and client meetings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Negotiate and successfully close property transactions.
• Follow up with leads using the CRM system.
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends and new developments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements Mandatory

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai Real Estate experience.
• Experience in Off-Plan, Secondary Sales, or Leasing.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Preferred

• Own visa.
• UAE Driving License.

Compensation

• AED 2,000 Fixed Salary
• 70% Commission
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance
