- Coordinate with engineering teams to interpret blueprints and specifications, translating them into actionable fabrication plans.
- Conduct regular inspections of materials and finished products to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to optimize productivity and reduce waste in the fabrication shop.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred to ensure technical proficiency.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fabrication environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role to demonstrate leadership capabilities.
- Relevant certifications, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing, to highlight knowledge in process improvement methodologies.
