We are specializing in the construction and engineering in oil & gas sector in UAE. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer/Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

1. Recruitment

• End-to-end recruitment for the Oil & Gas industry, including white-collar, blue-collar, and overseas manpower hiring.
  

2. HR and PRO Operations

• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labor law.

• Manage End-to-End visa processing and Health insurance coordination.
  

3. Project & Site Coordination

• Coordinate with project site teams, client and sub contractors for manpower mobilization and demobilization processes.
  

4. Payroll & Compensation Management

• Prepare monthly payroll in compliance with WPS.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or above degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 12+ years of experience with 8+ years HR practicing in construction / EPC companies in UAE.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong industry recruitment experience in blue-collar and white-collar and overseas manpower hiring.

• Familiarity with ADNOC project requirements, and experience in CICPA ADNOC site coordination work.

• Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices is must.
