We’re Hiring Sales Representatives – Credit Cards (Abu Dhabi)

We are expanding our sales team and looking for experienced Sales Officers to promote Mashreq Bank Credit Cards in Abu Dhabi.

If you have a passion for banking sales, enjoy meeting targets, and want strong support + incentives, this opportunity is for you.

Location: Abu Dhabi (candidates must be currently based in Abu Dhabi)

Key Highlights:
✔ Work with Mashreq Bank Credit Cards
✔ Cross-selling opportunities with Emirates Islamic, FAB, RAKBANK & Ajman Bank for better target achievement and incentives
✔ Tele-calling data provided
✔ Monthly marketing kiosk activity support
✔ Fixed salary + attractive incentives

Candidate Requirements:

- University graduate (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of banking sales experience (UAE or home country)
- Experience in credit cards or retail banking preferred
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated

Compensation:

- Fixed salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 (based on experience)
- Attractive incentives paid in the same month without any delay.
