Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Develop the contractual requirements relating to cost control & estimation, invoicing of payment & variations to be stipulated in the Agreements (FEED, PMC, EPC etc.) and incorporate them into the tender documents/ agreement
- Evaluate the technical bids (PMC, FEED and EPC) to ascertain compliance to the specified requirements and provide clarifications to the bidders for the same
- Prepare relevant portion of the Technical Evaluation Report and to finalize the relevant portion of the contract documents after incorporating all bulletins issued and clarifications received during the tender stage
- Evaluate Variation requests/ claims by contractors and to make in-depth analysis of all cost related submittal from consultants and prepare counters estimates taking into consideration contractual schedule of unit rates for variation and make appropriate recommendations to management for approval.
- Prepare AFE/ AFOU for all ongoing projects for management approval
- Coordinate with the Project Control Managers of all Project Management Consultant (PMC), to ensure adherence to the Project Control Procedures and other requirements throughout the project duration to achieve successful project implementation
- Ensures charges of the costs to correct account codes

Expected:
- Bachelor of Engineering in related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry with 5 years of experience in similar role
- ADNOC projects experience is mandatory.
- Worked on Offshore Projects.

المسؤوليات الأساسية والمسؤوليات:
- وضع المتطلبات التعاقدية المتعلقة بالسيطرة على التكاليف والتقدير، وفوترة الدفع والتغيرات التي ستُحدد في الاتفاقيات (FEED، PMC، EPC إلخ) ودمجها في وثائق العطاء/ الاتفاق
- تقييم العطاءات التقنية (PMC، FEED وEPC) للتحقق من الامتثال للمتطلبات المحددة وتقديم توضيحات للمزايدين حولها
- إعداد الجزء المناسب من تقرير التقييم الفني ونهائية الجزء المناسب من وثائق العقد بعد دمج جميع النشرات المصدرة والتوضيحات المستلمة أثناء مرحلة العطاء
- تقييم طلبات/ادعاءات التغيير من المقاولين وإجراء تحليل متعمق لجميع المقدمات المتعلقة بالتكاليف من قبل المستشارين وإعداد تقديرات مضادة مع أخذ جداول الأسعار العقدية للوحدة في التغير في الاعتبار وتقديم التوصيات المناسبة للإدارة للموافقة.
- إعداد AFE/ AFOU لجميع المشاريع الجارية للموافقة الإدارية
- التنسيق مع مديري مراقبة المشروع من جميع مستشاري إدارة المشروع (PMC)، لضمان الالتزام بإجراءات مراقبة المشروع والمتطلبات الأخرى طوال مدة المشروع لتحقيق تنفيذ ناجح
- ضمان تحميل التكاليف إلى رموز الحساب الصحيحة

المتوقع:
- درجة البكالوريوس في التخصص الهندسي ذي الصلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في صناعة النفط والغاز مع خبرة 5 سنوات في دور مماثل
- الخبرة في مشاريع ADNOC إلزامية.
- العمل في مشاريع بحرية.
