Role Description

The Property Consultant will be responsible for managing property sales and leasing, advising clients on market conditions and trends, conducting property viewings, negotiating terms and conditions, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintaining customer relationships.

Conduct Tele-campaigns with team and customer outreach efforts

• Generate leads and qualify potential buyers and tenants

• Show properties to clients and answer their questions

• Negotiate prices and terms on behalf of clients

• Prepare and manage contracts

• Close sales and leasing transactions

• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

Sales, Sales, Sales! Consulting and Real Estate skills Good English speaking and multilingual preferred Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Sales Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment
