Job Details

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE programs, policies, and procedures tailored to the specific operational needs, fostering a safety-first culture.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Provide expert HSE training and guidance to employees at all levels, empowering them to prioritize safety in their daily tasks.
  • Manage and maintain accurate HSE records, including incident reports, training logs, and inspection findings, ensuring data integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in HSE principles.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and expertise.
  • Has a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas, construction, or manufacturing industries, offering practical application of knowledge.
  • Demonstrates fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with diverse teams.
  • Exhibits strong technical skills in hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation, ensuring effective problem-solving.
