- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans specifically tailored for landscape construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct rigorous site inspections to verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and installation of landscape elements like irrigation, hardscaping, and softscaping.
- Monitor and document all quality control activities, including non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and material testing results, maintaining detailed project records.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to address quality issues proactively and implement effective solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the landscape construction industry.
