The Role As a Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst / Reporting Analyst, you will collect, analyze, and interpret business data to deliver actionable insights that support strategic planning and operational performance. You will collaborate with business leaders, finance, operations, technology, and commercial teams to develop dashboards, automate reporting, and improve data quality across the organization. Key Responsibilities Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple business systems and operational sources. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, business intelligence reports, and executive scorecards. Translate business requirements into analytical models, KPIs, and reporting solutions that support decision-making. Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and performance monitoring. Develop and automate recurring reports to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual processes. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by performing validation, cleansing, and quality assurance activities. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business challenges and recommend data-driven solutions. Prepare executive presentations, performance summaries, and analytical reports for senior management. Support forecasting, business planning, and strategic initiatives through quantitative analysis and business intelligence. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen reporting capabilities, analytics maturity, data governance, and organizational performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of professional work experience is preferred. Strong understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, KPI development, and business performance management. Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar business intelligence and data visualization platforms. Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM platforms, data warehouses, ETL processes, reporting automation, and business intelligence methodologies. Experience with data modeling, dashboard design, and business performance reporting is preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate technical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fully remote working environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
