• Lead, plan, and execute construction and transport contracting projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare project execution plans, work schedules, and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality, Al Ain Municipality, and other regulatory authority requirements.
• Manage site activities including supervision, subcontractor management, and workforce coordination.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and timelines to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Prepare and submit technical reports, project updates, and progress documentation to management and clients.
• Implement quality assurance and safety procedures at project sites.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Manage procurement and logistics of project-related materials and equipment.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify improvements for future execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15 years of proven experience in managing infrastructure, roads, and earthworks projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality, Al Ain Municipality, and related authority procedures.
• Hands-on experience in planning, budgeting, cost control, and project execution.
• Excellent knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, and other project management tools.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams and subcontractors.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
• Effective communicator in English and Arabic (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects within deadlines and budget.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
