Define and drive the company's quality management strategy, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Establish and maintain the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
· Lead and develop the QAQC department including Senior Engineers, Engineers, and Inspectors.
· Oversee audit programmes, ITPs, NCR management, and quality reporting across all active projects.
· Engage with clients, consultants, and UAE regulatory authorities on quality-related matters.
· Review and approve project quality plans, inspection and test plans, and method statements.
· Implement lessons-learned processes and root cause analysis frameworks.
· Report quality KPIs to senior management and board level.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
· 25+ years of construction industry experience with 5+ years as QAQC Director at a Tier 1 UAE contractor.
· ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (mandatory).
· In-depth knowledge of UAE authority quality requirements and construction standards.
· Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
