Sky High HR Solutions is inviting applications from experienced HR Executives with a strong background in HR solutions, manpower supply, outsourcing, or recruitment companies in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation• Coordinate visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and PRO-related activities• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HRMS/ERP data• Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration• Handle employee queries, disciplinary documentation, and HR correspondence• Manage employee exits, visa cancellations, final settlements, and exit formalities• Coordinate employee engagement and welfare initiatives• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS requirements, and company policies
Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field• Minimum 5 years of HR/Personnel Administration experience in the UAE• Experience within HR solutions, manpower supply, outsourcing, or recruitment companies is required• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE procedures, visa processing, payroll, and WPS• Experience working with HRMS/ERP systems• Proficiency in Microsoft Office• Excellent written and spoken English• Spoken Hindi is mandatory• Valid UAE Driving Licence Qualified candidates meeting the above requirements are encouraged to apply.
