About Kshetry & Co. Kshetry & Co. is a multinational law firm providing litigation, corporate advisory, dispute resolution, compliance, and international legal services across multiple jurisdictions. As we continue our global expansion, we are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Operations to manage end-to-end HR operations for our international offices.
Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for global hiring. Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple countries and time zones. Conduct initial and HR interviews with prospective candidates. Handle employee documentation, verification, and record management. Prepare & execute offer letters, employment contracts, HR policies, and onboarding documents. Manage onboarding and induction for new employees across international offices (remotely or directly). Coordinate training, employee development, and performance review processes. Maintain HR reports, recruitment trackers, and operational dashboards. Support remote HR operations for multiple global offices. Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures. Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning and hiring requirements.
Requirements Must have experience in working with Law Firm Must have knowledge & experience of recruiting Advocates & Lawyers Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or Human Resources. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience handling end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding. Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. Comfortable working with international teams and different time zones. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS/ATS platforms is an advantage.
