We're looking for a Change Manager to lead transformation initiatives, improve customer experiences, and support the successful adoption of digital solutions.
What you'll do:Lead change management and communication strategies for transformation projects Conduct change impact and business readiness assessments Manage stakeholders, build engagement, and drive change adoption Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, Product, Finance, HR, and ITDevelop communication and training plans to support successful implementation Monitor change progress and help ensure business benefits are achieved
What we're looking for:3–5 years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, or Program/Project Management Knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci, Kotter, or similar Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills Experience working with cross-functional and global teams Data-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
