# Key Requirements
•⁠ ⁠Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in real estate sales•⁠ ⁠Strong experience managing and leading high-performing sales teams•⁠ ⁠Existing and active network/team of real estate agents preferred•⁠ ⁠Proven success in developing and executing effective sales strategies•⁠ ⁠Strong business development and revenue growth capabilities•⁠ ⁠Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills•⁠ ⁠Ability to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets•⁠ ⁠Professional, confident, and results-oriented personality•⁠ ⁠In-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market•⁠ ⁠Strong investor and client relationships highly preferred
