Job Summary The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations across the golf club, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all areas including clubhouse, locker rooms, offices, and guest facilities. The role involves supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across all club areas Monitor clubhouse, locker rooms, washrooms, offices, and public areas Conduct regular inspections and maintain quality control Allocate tasks and manage staff schedules and shifts Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping team members Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and raise requisitions Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams for any issues Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Handle guest requests and complaints professionally Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping within hospitality, hotels, or golf clubs Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory role Strong leadership and team management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Preferred Skills Experience in luxury hospitality or golf club environment Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling Key Competencies Team Leadership Attention to Detail Time Management Problem-Solving Customer Service Orientation
