Minimum age of 21 at the time of application.
Minimum height of 163 cm.
High school graduate (grade 12 or equivalent).
Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
A genuine passion for people, travel and new experiences.
Positive, confident, flexible and approachable attitude.
Adaptable to fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
Confident in representing Etihad as a global ambassador.
Comfortable working irregular hours on a roster basis.
Able to work effectively within diverse, multicultural teams.
Committed to onboard safety and strict adherence to procedures.
High standard of personal grooming, presentation and professionalism.
No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad cabin crew uniform (one earring per lobe permitted for females; cosmetic or bandage coverings are not permitted).
No criminal records and ability to travel without restrictions.
Willingness to serve alcohol (including during Ramadan) and comply with the UAE and GCAA requirements.
Ability to swim with a flotation device.
