Marketing and Social Media Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing and Social Media Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support the company’s commercial objectives.
The successful candidate will have experience in integrated advertising and marketing, social media management, email marketing, experiential marketing, and lead-generation campaigns. Applicants from all industries are welcome, provided they have relevant marketing and communications experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated marketing and advertising strategies across digital and traditional channels.
Plan and execute campaigns that deliver consistent messaging across social media, email, websites, paid advertising, events, and offline marketing.
Manage social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging written, visual, and video content.
Develop and manage content calendars for campaigns, promotions, events, partnerships, and company announcements.
Plan and execute email-marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, automated journeys, and lead-nurturing communications.
Manage contact lists, audience segmentation, campaign scheduling, testing, and performance reporting.
Develop lead-generation campaigns designed to attract, capture, qualify, and nurture prospective customers.
Work with sales and business-development teams to define target audiences, campaign objectives, lead criteria, and follow-up processes.
Create campaign landing pages, lead forms, calls to action, and supporting marketing materials.
Plan and coordinate experiential marketing activities, including events, exhibitions, activations, product demonstrations, sponsorships, and customer-engagement experiences.
Coordinate event logistics, promotional materials, vendors, partners, and post-event lead follow-up.
Support paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Create marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, presentations, brochures, advertisements, articles, case studies, and website content.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
Monitor market trends, audience interests, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.
Manage online comments, messages, reviews, and enquiries professionally and promptly.
Track campaign performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, leads, conversion rates, cost per lead, customer acquisition, and return on investment.
Recommend improvements based on performance data, customer feedback, and marketing best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
At least two years of relevant experience in integrated marketing, advertising, social media, email marketing, experiential marketing, or lead generation.

Demonstrated experience planning and delivering campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
Experience using email-marketing or marketing-automation platforms.
Proven ability to create and manage lead-generation and lead-nurturing campaigns.
Experience supporting events, activations, exhibitions, or other experiential marketing initiatives.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and digital marketing practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong copywriting, editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities.
Experience using content-creation and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with social media scheduling, analytics, CRM, and digital advertising tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, commercial awareness, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience managing paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing-automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or equivalent systems.
Experience with audience segmentation, automated email journeys, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
Knowledge of search engine optimization, content management systems, landing pages, and website analytics.
Experience coordinating agencies, media partners, influencers, event suppliers, and external vendors.
Ability to interpret marketing and sales data and turn insights into practical actions.
