المتطلبات الأساسية
يجب أن يكون:
الإنجليزية قوية (محادثة وكتابة)
يبرع في Microsoft Office
مطلع على Aconex
خبرة في إعداد WIRs و MIRs والحفاظ على السجلات ذات الصلة
خبرة في فحص الموقع وتنسيق مع المستشار
معرفة بإجراءات QC والتوثيق
مطلع على أنظمة العزل المائى (البيتومينية، الأسمنتية، التطبيق السائل، إلخ) يعتبر ميزة
فهم فحص الأسطح وتفاصيل العزل المائي (مثلاً اختراق الأنابيب، المفاصل، حفر المصارف) يعتبر ميزة
خبرة في اختبارات الفيضان، النماذج الأولية، وفحوص الجودة
القدرة على إعداد تقارير التفتيش وقوائم العيوب وتوثيق الصور
المرشح المثالي
1-2 سنوات من الخبرة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA/QC Engineer to join our team
Key Requirements
Must Have:
Strong English (spoken & written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Familiar with Aconex
Experience preparing WIRs, MIRs, and maintaining related logs
Site inspection & consultant coordination experience
Knowledge of QC procedures and documentation
Familiar with waterproofing systems (bituminous, cementitious, liquid-applied, etc.) is a plus
Understanding of substrate inspection and waterproofing details (e.g., pipe penetrations, joints, sump pits)is a plus
Experience with flood tests, mockups, and quality checks
Ability to prepare inspection reports, punch lists, and photo documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
1 -2 years of experience in UAE
