نحن نبحث عن فني متعدد في اختبارات NDT ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا الميداني في أبوظبي. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ أنشطة NDT وفحص متقدمة، بما في ذلك مسح اللحام بالموجات فوق الصوتية UT، واختبار PMI، واختبار الشراسة واختبار الفريت، مع ضمان دقة التقارير والامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع والعميل.
المسؤوليات الأساسية
تنفيذ مسح اللحام بالموجات فوق الصوتية (UT) وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة والمعايير المطبقة.
إجراء فحوصات UT باستخدام التقنيات والمعدات المناسبة.
إجراء اختبارات تحديد المادة الإيجابية (PMI) والتحقق من تركيبة المادة مقابل متطلبات المشروع.
أداء اختبارات الشد على اللحامات والمواد الأساسية والمكونات الأخرى ذات الصلة.
إجراء اختبارات الفريت على اللحامات والمواد المقاومة للصدأ/السبائك حسب الحاجة.
التحقق من معايرة المعدات والتأكد من أن معدات الفحص صالحة للاستخدام.
تفسير وتقييم نتائج الفحص وفقاً للإجراءات المعتمدة والكودات/المعايير التطبيقية.
الحفاظ على سجلات فحص دقيقة وضمان تتبع كامل لنتائج الفحص.
إعداد تقارير فحص واضحة وشاملة، وتقارير الاختبار والوثائق.
تحديد والإبلاغ عن أي عدم مطابقة أو تناقض للجهات المسؤولة عن QA/QC أو فحص.
التنسيق مع ممثلي العميل، فرق QA/QC، فرق البناء وفنيي الفحص الآخرين.
اتباع جميع متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة واللوائح (HSE)، وإجراءات الشركة ومواصفات العميل.
ضمان أن جميع أنشطة NDT تُنفذ وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة ومتطلبات الشهادة ذات الصلة.
الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح
شهادة PCN المستوى II في UT – من 3.1 إلى 3.9 إلزامية.
شهادة ASNT المستوى II إلزامية.
خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في NDT/الفحص ذات الصلة في قطاع النفط والغاز والبتروكيماويات والمصافي أو صناعات ذات صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 4+ سنوات من الخبرة بعد الشهادة بعد الحصول على المؤهل PCN المطلوب.
خبرة عملية مثبتة في:
معرفة قوية بـ تقارير وفحص الوثائق.
فهم جيد لإجراءات NDT المعمول بها والكودات والمعايير ومواصفات العملاء.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في بيئة ميدانية.
المهارات المفضلة
خبرة في مشاريع النفط والغاز/البتروليم/المصافي.
خبرة ميدانية في الإمارات العربية المتحدة/دول مجلس التعاون الخليج ستكون ميزة.
خبرة في العمل مع كبرى مشغلي النفط والغاز أو مقاولي EPC.
مهارات اتصال وتنسيق جيدة.
اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والالتزام بجودة التفتيش.

We are looking for an experienced PCN Multi Technician to join our site-based team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out advanced NDT and inspection activities, including UT weld scanning, PMI, hardness testing and ferrite testing, while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with project and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Ultrasonic Testing (UT) weld scanning in accordance with approved procedures and applicable standards.
Conduct UT examinations using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Carry out Positive Material Identification (PMI) testing and verify material composition against project requirements.
Perform Hardness Testing on welds, base materials and other applicable components.
Conduct Ferrite Testing on welds and stainless/alloy materials as required.
Verify equipment calibration and ensure inspection equipment is fit for use.
Interpret and evaluate inspection results in accordance with approved procedures and applicable codes/standards.
Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure full traceability of inspection results.
Prepare clear and comprehensive inspection reports, test reports and documentation.
Identify and report any non-conformities or discrepancies to the responsible QA/QC or inspection personnel.
Coordinate with client representatives, QA/QC teams, construction teams and other inspection personnel.
Follow all applicable HSE requirements, company procedures and client specifications.
Ensure all NDT activities are performed in accordance with approved procedures and relevant certification requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
PCN Level II certification in UT – 3.1 to 3.9 is mandatory.
ASNT Level II certification is mandatory.
Minimum 8 years of relevant NDT/inspection experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery or related industries.
Minimum 4+ years of post-certification experience after obtaining the required PCN qualification.
Proven hands-on experience in:
Strong knowledge of inspection reporting and documentation.
Good understanding of applicable NDT procedures, codes, standards and client specifications.
Ability to work independently in a site-based environment.
Preferred Skills
Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery project experience.
UAE/GCC site experience will be an advantage.
Experience working with major Oil & Gas operators or EPC contractors.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to inspection quality.
