- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of the fleet.
- Manage a team of mechanics and technicians, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Diagnose complex mechanical issues, guide technicians through troubleshooting, and approve major repair procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possession of a High School Diploma or G Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in vehicle maintenance and repair with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Proven experience managing a team of technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
