• Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of high-efficiency cooling systems tailored for power-intensive AI data centers.

• Spearhead the integration of scalable liquid cooling and direct-to-chip cooling solutions for high-density computing environments.

• Design and deploy zero-water-consumption cooling systems to align with modern sustainability and environmental goals.

• Apply Balanced Delta T optimization strategies to maximize thermal efficiency and minimize energy consumption.

• Develop comprehensive preventative maintenance protocols and lead complex troubleshooting efforts for operational data centers.

• Act as the primary technical authority on all cooling-related matters. Guide, mentor, and train our internal teams, building in-house capabilities from the ground up.

• Collaborate with clients to assess their power and cooling requirements, translating their needs into robust, scalable engineering solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Substantial, proven hands-on experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of enterprise or hyperscale data center cooling systems.

• Deep practical knowledge of scalable liquid/chip cooling technologies.

• Proven track record with zero-water-consumption cooling architectures.

• Strong understanding and practical application of Balanced Delta T optimization.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor teams, lead projects independently, and provide strategic engineering guidance.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermodynamics, or a closely related field.

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex thermal dynamics in high-density IT environments.
