We are seeking a professional, reliable, and safety-conscious School Bus Driver responsible for the safe and timely transportation of children to and from the nursery/school, field trips, and other approved activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate the assigned school bus and follow approved routes and schedules.

• Conduct daily vehicle safety and condition checks.

• Comply with all UAE traffic laws, RTA regulations, and school transportation safety requirements.

• Ensure children board, travel, and exit the bus safely.

• Maintain accurate student attendance and transportation records.

• Maintain a clean, secure, and orderly bus environment.

• Communicate professionally with parents, students, teachers, and management.

• Immediately report accidents, incidents, delays, or vehicle defects to management.

• Follow all nursery/school policies and child safeguarding procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements

• UAE Residence Visa Profession: “Driver” – COMPULSORY.

• Valid UAE Driving Licence with Category 3, Category 5 (Light Bus), or Category 6 (Heavy Bus), as applicable to the assigned vehicle.

• Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.

• Previous school bus or bus-driving experience is preferred.

• Good English communication skills.

• Ability to successfully complete required RTA road safety testing, medical and physical fitness examinations, and background checks.

• Professional appearance, punctuality, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Demonstrated commitment to the safety and wellbeing of children at all times.
