About the Role u Pay Payment Services is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our payment kiosk and vending machine network across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales and a strong network within the retail, commercial, and property sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing strategic locations, building relationships with key decision-makers, and contributing to the growth of u Pay's nationwide network.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate qualified leads for u Pay's payment kiosk and vending machine solutions across the UAE.- Build and maintain relationships with supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail stores, shopping malls, facility management companies, property management firms, commercial buildings, labour accommodations, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, and other high-footfall businesses.- Conduct field visits to identify suitable installation locations and evaluate business opportunities. - Arrange meetings with business owners, procurement teams, facility managers, leasing teams, and other key decision-makers.- Present u Pay's solutions, negotiate commercial terms (rental/commission), and close new business opportunities.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, installation, and activation of new locations.- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities for network expansion.- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and sales activities.- Represent u Pay professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, retail sales, business development, field sales, or account management within the UAE.- Existing network within retail chains, supermarkets, shopping malls, facility management companies, property management firms, commercial buildings, labour accommodations, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, or similar business sectors is highly preferred.- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.- Self-motivated, target driven, and able to work independently.- Good knowledge of the UAE market and commercial landscape.- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
