- Develop and maintain comprehensive project master schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and resource constraints.
- Oversee the creation and execution of detailed construction schedules, identifying critical path activities and potential delays.
- Implement robust progress tracking and reporting mechanisms, providing accurate and timely updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth schedule risk analysis, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PSP (Planning and Scheduling Professional).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other industry-standard scheduling software.
