Job Details

Ø Oversee day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works. Ø Ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications. Ø Interface with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients. Ø Monitor workmanship and material standards. Ø Enforce health and safety protocols on-site. Ø Ensure all fit-out activities follow safety regulations. Ø Report unsafe practices or incidents and enforce corrective actions. Ø Coordinate with the subcontractor to avoid interface problems and maximize work quality. Ø Maintain daily site reports including labor, material usage, and progress. Ø Understand and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Ø Ensure red-line drawings are updated as per site modifications. Ø Maintain site records, progress reports, and inspection logs. Ø Contribute to building an on-site work culture based on best practices in safety, cleaning, work quality, and waste management. Ø Supervise all interior fit-out activities including joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and MEP installations. Ø Supervise skilled and unskilled labor on-site. Ø Supervise site preparation and dismantling for each activity under his supervision. Ø follow up on the WIR’s, NCR’s and snag lists. Ø Review the project scope of work, including drawings, specifications, quality plans, and project program. Ø Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards. Ø Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor schedules to avoid delays. Ø Inspect materials received on site to ensure the workmanship of material compliance with quality standards. Ø Prepare and monitor inspection requests, preliminary execution plans, methodology statements, risk assessments, review sheets, and any other quality requirements. Ø Resolve on-site issues such as design conflicts, material shortages, or labor challenges. Ø Report progress and challenges to project manager, construction manager and clients. Ø Ensure timely completion of works within budget and scope. Ø Approve minor design adjustments in consultation with designers or project managers. Ø Reject substandard work or materials that do not meet project specifications. Ø Direct site labor and subcontractors to ensure productivity and safety. Ø Initiate corrective actions for delays or non-compliance. Ø Sign off on completed work sections for client or consultant inspections. Ø Create an open work environment where employees and foremen can raise questions, discuss them with managers, and manage



Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture or related field. · Minimum 4-5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects · Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings · Excellent communication and coordination skills for client and team interactions · Knowledge of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements (MS), and QA/QC procedures. · Deep understanding of joinery, gypsum works, MEP integration, and finishing materials. · Familiarity with local building regulations, safety codes, and quality benchmarks. · Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation in interior projects. · Understanding of materials used in luxury interiors, including wood, stone, glass, and fabrics. · Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Project, and possibly Revit or Primavera for planning and documentation. · Leading site teams, motivating workers, and ensuring safety compliance. · Handling unexpected challenges, design changes, or client requests with flexibility. · Representing the company professionally during site visits and meetings. · Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. · Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. · Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines. · High attention to detail and commitment to quality. · Professional integrity, fairness, and proactive approach to site challenges
