Job Details

  • Ø Planning, managing, and supervising all on-site activities for interior fit-out and renovation projects. Ø Review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications to assess constructability and site needs. Ø Ensure construction aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Ø Monitor site progress, schedule and report delays or variations. Ø Supervise day-to-day site operations including subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers. Ø Manage procurement and timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment. Ø Assist in testing & commissioning of MEP and finishing systems. Ø Maintain updated site documentation (daily reports, inspection logs, progress photos) Ø Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance. Ø Ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery in accordance with design specifications and client requirements. Ø Coordinate with designers, consultants, and engineers to resolve on-site technical issues. Ø Prevent unauthorized variations or rework by ensuring correct execution of drawings and specs. Ø Minimize site wastage of materials and optimize use of manpower. Ø Coordinating subcontractors, trades, materials, and logistics on-site. Ø Enforcing safety, quality, and environmental compliance on construction sites. Ø Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Ø Contribute to the construction methodology, sequencing, and initial project planning. Ø Support the Project Manager in client handover and close-out processes. Ø Enforce safety rules and stop work if unsafe conditions are identified. Ø Approve minor on-site changes or methods (within delegated limits). Ø Direct and allocate tasks to subcontractors and site personnel. Ø Request material deliveries, equipment, and logistics support. Ø Escalate critical issues, delays, or conflicts to the Project Manager or upper management. Ø Recommend approval or rejection of subcontractor works based on inspections. Ø Timely project delivery (on or before deadline) Ø Client satisfaction at handover

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Knowledge, skills & abilities required: · Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field · Minimum 7–10 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction, including site-based roles · Deep understanding of end-to-end fit-out workflows (drywall, ceilings, flooring, MEP integration, joinery) · Knowledge of high-spec materials, sustainable finishes, and modern installation techniques. · Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans with accuracy. · Knowledge of local construction safety laws and industry best practices · Understanding of project phases from mobilization to handover, including procurement, coordination, and snagging. · Ability to lead subcontractors, trades, and labor teams to deliver high-quality results under pressure. · Quick thinking to resolve site issues, delays, or design conflicts with practical solutions. · professional communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams regular progress and site reporting. · Strong leadership and site management skills · Deep understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and finishes · Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications · Proficiency in scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD or Revit) · Skilled in dealing with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery · Manage several site issues or subcontractor teams simultaneously. · Represent the company well during site visits, inspections, or handovers. · Possess excellent time-management skills, juggling multiple tasks within set deadlines. · Technical Skills & Knowledge · Attention to details
