The Role We are seeking a proactive inventory professional to support stock monitoring, inventory records, replenishment coordination, and inventory control activities. You will help maintain accurate stock information, identify discrepancies, coordinate with operational teams, and provide timely insights that support purchasing, fulfillment, and customer service decisions. This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and exposure to international inventory operations, e-commerce activities, and supply chain initiatives. Key Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, availability, and replenishment requirements. Maintain accurate inventory records across relevant systems and tracking documents. Review stock data to identify discrepancies, shortages, excess inventory, and unusual movements. Coordinate inventory updates with procurement, logistics, warehouse, sales, and operations teams. Support stock reconciliation, inventory adjustments, and periodic inventory reviews. Track purchase orders, incoming stock, transfers, and fulfillment requirements. Monitor product availability and highlight potential stock-out or overstock risks. Prepare inventory reports, summaries, and performance updates for relevant stakeholders. Maintain organized product, stock, transaction, and inventory control documentation. Recommend practical improvements to inventory accuracy, stock visibility, replenishment, and control processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in inventory, stock control, supply chain, logistics, or operations is preferred. Strong understanding of inventory management, stock reconciliation, replenishment, and order fulfillment. Knowledge of inventory accuracy, stock movements, product availability, and basic supply planning. Familiarity with inventory, ERP, e-commerce, spreadsheet, reporting, and productivity systems. Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate inventory-related issues effectively. Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple operational teams. Ability to manage multiple products, records, priorities, and deadlines accurately.
