???? ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.• Develop baseline schedules for electrical packages and align them with project milestones.• Monitor project progress and regularly update schedules.• Perform critical path analysis and identify delays with corrective actions.• Conduct EOT (Extension of Time) analysis and prepare reports.• Plan and allocate manpower, materials and equipment effectively.• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction and QA/QC teams.• Prepare look-ahead schedules, recovery plans and progress reports.• Maintain accurate project planning documentation and records.• Support the project team in achieving cost, time and quality objectives.
