Qualifications Practical knowledge of building surveying, including inspections. Understanding of property valuation principles and development appraisals, or strong interest in developing these skills. Strong analytical and numerical skills for data collection, measurement, and report preparation. Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear, professional documentation and client interactions. Asdociate RICS is welcomed and supported
Driving license is s plus.
Relevant knowledge of Dubai Real Estate market is important.
Higher education is necessary.
