Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Officer located in DIFC, Dubai. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all regulatory compliance requirements and internal policies. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and reviewing compliance procedures, conducting risk assessments, analyzing financial activities, and communicating with regulatory bodies. The Compliance Officer will also provide guidance on compliance issues, prepare detailed reports, and ensure that all employees are aware of their regulatory responsibilities.
Qualifications Prior DIFC/ADGM approved officer experience At least 5 years in the industry in a compliance function Skills in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance Strong Analytical Skills Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Finance knowledge and background Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work on-site in Dubai Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field
