We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities in our tissue paper manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance activities.

• Ensure maximum machine availability and minimize production downtime.

• Handle preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.

• Troubleshoot tissue paper machines, rewinders, log saws, conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, vacuum systems, and utilities.

• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance and shutdown activities.

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and electricians.

• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Procurement, and HSE teams.

• Maintain maintenance records, spare-parts requirements, and breakdown reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including LOTO and Permit-to-Work.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in tissue paper, paper, converting, or similar manufacturing industries.

• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and team-supervision experience.

• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial equipment.

• Experience with preventive maintenance, RCA, and shutdown planning is preferred.

• Ability to work under pressure in a continuous manufacturing environment.
