Job Details

  • Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure accurate, up-to-date financial records.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.

  • Reconcile bank statements, marketplace settlements (Amazon, Noon, etc.), and general ledger accounts.

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and basic MIS to support business decisions.

  • Track inventory movement and support periodic stock reconciliation with the operations team.

  • Support the audit process by preparing documentation and responding to auditor queries.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and other applicable tax/regulatory requirements.

  • Handle administrative tasks including visa processing, PRO coordination, and trade license/document renewals.

  • Liaise with banks, vendors, and government departments as needed for company operations.

  • Maintain and improve basic financial processes and record-keeping systems..

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

  2. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to inventory/stock management.

  3. Experience in E-commerce, D2C, or retail/trading businesses strongly preferred.

  4. Proficiency in English required.

  5. Strong hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.

  6. Experience with inventory management and stock reconciliation.

  7. Familiarity with UAE administrative processes — visa processing, PRO coordination, trade license renewals — will be a strong advantage.

  8. Attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive, hands-on working style.

  9. Comfortable working in a small team setup, handling multiple responsibilities beyond core accounting.
