Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure accurate, up-to-date financial records.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Reconcile bank statements, marketplace settlements (Amazon, Noon, etc.), and general ledger accounts.
Prepare monthly financial reports and basic MIS to support business decisions.
Track inventory movement and support periodic stock reconciliation with the operations team.
Support the audit process by preparing documentation and responding to auditor queries.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and other applicable tax/regulatory requirements.
Handle administrative tasks including visa processing, PRO coordination, and trade license/document renewals.
Liaise with banks, vendors, and government departments as needed for company operations.
Maintain and improve basic financial processes and record-keeping systems..
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to inventory/stock management.
Experience in E-commerce, D2C, or retail/trading businesses strongly preferred.
Proficiency in English required.
Strong hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
Experience with inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Familiarity with UAE administrative processes — visa processing, PRO coordination, trade license renewals — will be a strong advantage.
