Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful HR strategies in diverse industries, demonstrating adaptability.
