Supervise daily construction and site activities.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Arrange and follow up on site inspections and approvals.
Monitor work progress, quality, materials, and manpower.
Prepare site reports and required documents.
Ensure compliance with DM requirements and safety standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
5–10 years of UAE experience in construction/contracting.
Dubai Municipality (DM) G+1 Approved Engineer – Mandatory.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Good knowledge of civil construction and site supervision.
Able to handle site activities and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.
Good knowledge of UAE construction standards and DM requirements.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidates available in the UAE are preferred.
