HSE Officer — Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Construction

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE — Project Site  |  Company: Pinaster LLC

Pinaster LLC is hiring an HSE Officer for an oil & gas / petrochemical construction project in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements (mandatory)

  • NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (ADNOC Group approved preferred).

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of HSE experience in any industry, with at least 1 year in oil & gas or petrochemical construction / fabrication / installation / commissioning / operations projects.

  • Must have ADNOC oil & gas field (onshore) experience (mandatory).

  • Able to conduct HSE orientation, induction and awareness training.

  • Able to understand and implement HSE plans, welfare plans and emergency response procedures.

  • Practical experience with SSOW including Permit to Work (PTW), WMS and Risk Assessment.

  • Knowledge of H2S control measures.

  • Able to carry out HSE inspections and perform incident reporting and investigation.

  • Good written and spoken English.

  • Prior ADNOC Onshore approval for a similar scope is an advantage.

  • Must be eligible for a company-sponsored new UAE employment visa (we process a new visa, not a transfer).

Salary and benefits

  • AED 7,500 – 8,500 per month (based on experience; final figure confirmed at interview).

  • Working hours: 10 hours per day; overtime paid as per UAE Labour Law.

  • Free accommodation and food provided (or allowance if self-arranged).

  • Other benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
